Description of Disposable Blood Lancet
Wait until you have a drop of blood before you put it into your glucometer. Trying to give a sample that is not big enough can cause the machine to have an error and you will have to use another strip, which can get costly and is wasteful. You may have to gently “milk” your finger, which means to squeeze blood towards the puncture hole to get it to bleed a little more.
